Patrice is an estate agent, always on the lookout for charming houses and chateaux. In his spare time he is a sculptor. Chantal’s artistic talent is expressed in other media, such as the warm, bright colours used to decorate this house. The couple also organise classes, courses and exhibitions around their studio. The spacious guest bedrooms and bathrooms invite you to linger. The Château de Grenier is surrounded by a park with trees and is located at the confluence of three rivers whose names evoke the South-West: the Garonne, the Lot and the Baïse. You can explore the charming hilltop village of Prayssas, the town of Nérac or the Buzet vineyards, or simply wander around the Lot & Garonne district, often nicknamed “Little Tuscany”. As in all the land of Cockaigne, the surrounding region has a wide choice of excellent places to eat, such as “Le Goujon qui frétille” and “Le Vignoble” less than 5km away, and recommended by your hosts. In addition to the charming atmosphere of the house, meeting the couple who own it will be an unmissable pleasure for those who stay at the Château de Grenier.
