Saturday 18 March
9:30am - 11am - 25 euro per person
You will be surprised by a delicious and creative breakfast/brunch from Katharine Tasker (culinary experimentalist). Her establishment, l'Encas et l'échoppe in Gouy-Saint-André, is as it were a real laboratory.
The breakfast: a fresh juice of Apple, ginger and Red beet - hot polenta bread with butter, fine cheese, a Spanish omelette with a coulis of roasted carrots, smoked trout with cream of red beet and fennel seeds served with dark German bread- sweet cake of zucchini, honey and jams - muesli with yoghurt and caramelized winter fruits.
3pm - 4:30pm - 32 euros per person
Playful and inventive workshop of cocktails based on "beer", led by Nicolas Lescieux, manager of "L'Echappée Bière". Create and taste!
6pm - 7:30pm - 35 euro per person
Cooking class and tasting led by chef Jean Daniel Vandewalle of "Aux doigts de Jean Bart" at Dunkirk.
Sunday 18 March
After breakfast we will go to visit Judy and Nick Gifford and there British style Tea Room "Le tearoom" in Saint-Rémy-au-Bois.
They tell the story about their products and their well-known jam!
Participation in the weekend requires a booking for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday night). All rooms are reserved for the participants.
