In working farms with crops or livestock, discover our charming B&Bs, country houses (gites) and small hotels
This traditional polders farmhouse, parts of which date back to the sixteenth century, has today been converted into holiday homes. Its whitewashed brick walls, red-tiled roof and green-and-white shutters give it lots of charm. In addition, it is surrounded by a large garden which borders a golf course. Its location just outside the pretty village of Damme, not far from Bruges, makes it an ideal base for walkers, hikers, cyclists and golfers, as well as lovers of the countryside and peace and quiet. The surrounding area has many attractions, including canals, dykes, chateaux, abbeys, farms, windmills and nature reserves. “De Swaenhoeck” has been decorated and furnished with good taste and refinement, and boasts every modern comfort. It is divided into four units, with a communicating door between two of them, and can sleep between 2 and 20 people for short or longer stays.
