Located between the 17th and 8th arrondissements of Paris, the B&B Courcelles-Parc is in a beautiful Haussmann-era apartment building. Nathalie and Philippe Levy have spared no effort in their decoration of four superb guest bedrooms on the first floor, which are painted in soft shades of white, grey and beige, with furniture and ornaments from the famous Parisian shop Drouot, and top-quality linens. Each guest bedroom has hotel-style facilities: flatscreen TV, ventilator, safe and tea & coffee-making facilities. Each has an ensuite Art Deco-style, black-and-white bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms are suites, ideal for two couples travelling together or a family with children. For breakfast, guests take the lift to the 6th floor apartment where the owners live, with spectacular views of the roof-tops of Paris. Breakfast is served at a large communal table and includes fresh, organic and traditional produce. Philippe Levy's many years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry have taught him to anticipate his guests' needs and what they will enjoy. The B&B is ideally located close to the Parc Monceau, museums, churches, the Opera House, the Tuileries Gardens and the Champs-Elysées.
